Community Reinvestment Areas are designed to offer real estate tax abatements on the increased value of real property improvements. The Quarry Community Reinvestment Area grants eligibility for a 15-year 100% tax abatement on the improvement value of properties within the CRA boundaries with no additional NCA charge or special assessment.
